Parent Coach
Ashley Osinski
Ashley’s coaching strength lies in helping parents find a grounded, practical path forward, one that honors their values, their child’s temperament, and the reality of daily life. With 13 years of experience as a middle school counselor and three young children of her own, Ashley brings both professional insight and real-world perspective to her coaching. She specializes in helping parents navigate behavior challenges, build emotional connection, and find that “middle way”, one that blends structure and compassion, clarity and flexibility. Ashley’s approach is strengths-based and research-informed, with a focus on meaningful, sustainable strategies, not trendy social media hacks. Parents who work with her can expect thoughtful guidance, practical tools they can actually implement, and support that feels like a conversation with someone who gets it. Ashley is also passionate about supporting families in managing technology and screen use.

Parent Coach
Steven Shapiro
Steven’s coaching strength is supporting families in going from good to great. His 34-year career in education and his experience partnering with his wife to raise three (now adult) children were marked by a continuous effort to pursue extraordinary results. Steven is an ideal coach for parents who are comfortable with challenging feedback and are ready to engage in the important work of creating a family marked by deep connections, joyful relationships, and exceptional outcomes. Steven is interested in interrupting parenting styles that contribute to youth anxiety and depression. He coaches from intellect rather than emotion, so he may not be the right coach for parents who are seeking emotional support or a nurturing guide.

Parent Coach
Nancy Shapiro Rapport
Nancy’s coaching strengths include building strong relationships, creating trust, communicating clearly, and getting to the heart of what matters most as she supports parents in becoming the leaders they want to be for their families. Her approach draws from 34 years as a middle school counselor combined with intensive training through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, the Gestalt Institute of Central Ohio, and the Inquiry Institute, where she taught question-thinking to coaches across the world. Nancy brings unique perspective and experience to parents navigating everyday responsibilities while facing significant health challenges, as well as those raising children with special needs. An empath at heart, she walks alongside her clients and helps them see their situations from multiple perspectives, empowering them to create meaningful change in their family lives.
